Established in 1975 by Dr. David E. Parker, Parker Dental Associates is a World Class Restorative, Aesthetic, and Implant Dental Practice. Dr. Parker’s passion is cosmetic dentistry and in his pursuit of excellence has studied extensively in the past four years in Houston, TX and San Francisco, CA with PAC-live, The Hornbrook Group and master ceramist, Smile Designs by Rego.  Dr. Parker served two years active duty with the United States Air Force. After an honorable discharge, Dr. Parker did a post-graduate residency in anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Dr. Parker has studied with some of the world’s foremost leaders in the field of Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Parker has lived and practiced Dentistry in Smithtown since 1975.

Dr. Parker is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Suffolk County Dental Society, the American Society of Forensic Sciences, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and the Suffolk Society of Forensic Dentistry. He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He has been an Assistant Clinical Professor at Howard University College of Dentistry and SUNY Stony Brook, and has served as a member of the Professional Liability Committee of the 10th District and the Suffolk County Dental Society.
